Bourbon Glazed Ham
Smoked Turkey Breast
Roast Pork Loin
Herb Crusted Round of Beef

PASTA STATION
Fettuccini and penne pasta, alfredo sauce, marinara, grilled chicken, baby shrimp, sliced mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives, artichokes, tomatoes, and garlic bread

SALAD STATION
Mesclun greens, chopped romaine, iceberg blend, baby shrimp, salami grilled chicken, tomatoes, onions, chopped egg, peppers, feta, parmesan, olives, croutons, dressings (Caesar, balsamic vinaigrette, light ranch), and French baquettes w/ butter $ flavored oils

POTATO STATION
Mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, baked russet potatoes, butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, brown sugar, cheddar cheese and toasted walnuts

CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Graham crackers, marshmallows, pound cake, pretzels, fresh fruit and chocolate sauce
