Intimate Affairs Catering & Event Planning is owned and operated by Shawn and Jeanine Holland. Professionally known as Chef Shawn, he attended culinary school and earned his degrees at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., the premier culinary/hospitality school in the United States. Jeanine also earned her degrees at Johnson & Wales University and completed her Masters degree in tourism and event planning at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Chef Shawn is also a member of Durham Careers in Hospitality, an organization that develops and mentors young people interested in the hospitality industry.
